Sara Guinand

Sara is an architect registered in Italy with 12 years of experience. She graduated with full honors from La Sapienza, the first University of Rome, Italy. Since 2011 she has been implementing the BIM tool and processes, enabling people. She started by coordinating BIM models for Impregilo, the largest Italian general contractor, working on the tender phase of iconic projects. In 2012 she introduced the BIM workflow in a medium-sized architectural practice in Germany. She then managed major projects for iTech, a UAE based fast-growing BIM consulting company. She is currently the Senior Digital Construction Specialist at ALEC, a leading construction company in Dubai.
