Rachel Willacy

Rachel is an award-winning senior manager, international speaker and thought leader.  As a Senior FCIPS qualified and chartered procurement professional with over 15 years’ experience of leading and delivering major projects across multi-sectors, she has undertaken programme, project management, procurement, and commercial leadership roles for international professional services consultancies.

Within Compass’ suite of Project Development Services, Rachel is responsible for the strategic and delivery oversight of the Procurement service line with a specific focus on hospitality, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Rachel is driven and versatile with a proven track record of orchestrating impactful business management, procurement and supply chain strategies resulting in transformed organisational performance and revenue creation.
