Michelle Najm

Michelle Najm, Associate Architect at JT + Partners, is a talented French-Lebanese architect and Team leader with over 10 years’ Regional and International experience in Architecture, Project Management and Construction.
As a creative designer, she believes architecture is a fusion of all the technical elements of getting a design constructed, while still achieving the required aesthetics and high user functionality. She enjoys problem solving as well as the new challenges that come with every project.

Michelle joined JT + Partners in 2015 and since then has gained extensive experience on a variety of projects especially Hospitality, Residential, Retail and Mixed-use. She was responsible for the Design and Delivery of many award winning projects such as: Al Raha Waterfront Courtyard in Abu Dhabi (Highly Commended Architecture Multiple Residence in the Arabian Property Awards 2016), for Housing Project of the year in the 2017 Plan Awards, Finalist in the Cityscape Awards 2018 for Future Residential projects, and Shortlisted for Housing Project of the year in 2018 Plan Awards, LXR Mango House Resort in Mahe Seychelles (African Property Award Winner 2018). She was Finalist in the Plan Award 2018 (in Italy), Hampton by Hilton Resort ( Winner of Hotel Architecture in 2018 Arabian Property Awards), Shortlisted for Leisure and Hospitality in the 2018 Middle East Architecture Awards, Shortlisted as Hospitality Project Designed in 2020 Design Middle East Awards and Winner of Hospitality Project of the Year in the 2020 Innovation in Construction and FM Awards.
