Michelle Najm, Head of Architecture at JT + Partners, is a talented French-Lebanese architect and Team leader with over 11+ years of Regional and International experience in Architecture, Project Management and Construction. Highly adaptable performer, adept at multi-tasking and thriving in a fastpaced environment while coordinating numerous time-sensitive projects.
As a creative designer, she believes architecture is a fusion of all the technical natures of getting a
design constructed, while still achieving the required aesthetics and high user functionality. She enjoys
problem solving as well as the new challenges that come with every project. It doesn’t matter how tight the
budget or schedule are she always manages to meet both without sacrificing the integrity of the design.
Michelle started her internship experience during college years. While working in Lebanon, she was a Project Architect involved in the design and delivery of international projects all over Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. She gained experience in handling projects from inception to execution ensuring the delivery of the required quality at proper deadlines.
Michelle joined JT + Partners in 2015 and since then has gained extensive experience on a variety of projects especially Hospitality, Residential, Retail and Mixed-use. She was responsible for the Design and Delivery of many award winning with high recognition projects such as: Al Raha Waterfront Courtyard in Abu Dhabi (Highly Commended Architecture Multiple Residence in the Arabian Property Awards 2016 and Finalist in the Cityscape Awards 2018 for Future Residential projects), Mango House LXR Resort in Mahe Seychelles(African Property Award Winner 2018, Finalist in the Plan Award 2018 in Italy, World Architecture Award 2022 Special Mention in Paris), Hampton by Hilton Resort (Hotel Architecture Arabian Property Award Winner 2018 and Finalist in the Cityscape Awards 2018 for Future Leisure and Hospitality projects), The Hillside Residence (Honorable Mention Winner for future private residence in the Plan Award 2018).
